Fade In, Fade Out

  1. Open a new file
  2. Modify>Document, change to the size of your picture
  3. Select pictures and put in Flash Library. File>Import to Library
  4. Go to Window>Library, you will see your pictures in the Library panel
  5. Repeatable steps
  6. Drag picture from Library panel to work area
  7. Select picture
  8. Modify>Convert to Symbol, name picture, Select Movie Clip. OK
  9. Click on Movie Clip. Go to frame 15, insert a keyframe. F6
  10. Right click on layer 1 in the middle of the frames.
  11. Select Create Motion Tween
  12. Click on frame 30, insert a keyframe
  13. Click on frame 1, select the picture by clicking on it
  14. Go to properties in the panel below the stage. Go to Color>Alpha give 0% to it.
  15. Click on frame 30. Select the picture. Go to properties, go to Color>Alpha give 0% to it.
  16. Repeat the steps in layer 2 from the frame 31 to 45 to 60.
  17. Repeat the above steps for all the images in new layers.
  18. Press Ctrl+Enter


Zoom In Zoom Out with Fading Effect

  1. Select frame 1
  2. Import background image onto work area FileImport to Stage
  3. Change image to correct size, to fit your stage. Click on image, go to properties window.
  4. Press F8, convert the background image to symbol
  5. Name the symbol "background" and choose graphic behaviour. Press OK
  6. Name this layer "bg" On the 35th frame press F6
  7. Insert and select second layer
  8. Create a shape of a car using tools.
  9. Press F8, convert this image to a symbol.
  10. Name the symbol and choose movie clip (F8)
  11. Press Ok, Name this layer "car 1"
  12. Select the image (car 1)>right click>edit in place.
  13. Now you will come to a new timeline window with a new layer. On frame 1 convert the image to a graphic.
  14. Go to the properties Bar>color>Alpha>0%.
  15. In frame 5 insert a new key frame. F6
  16. Change Alpha to 100% and make the image small.
  17. Right click in between Frame 1 and Frame 5 and press motion tween.
  18. Add one more key frame in frame 20. In this frame make the image bigger and move it out/along the road.
  19. On frame 25 insert a new key frame and change Alpha to 0%
  20. Insert motion tween in between frame 5-20 and 20-25.
  21. Press Ctrl+Enter
